To offer our customers the best service possible, IFT decided to obtain the ISO 9001 2000 certification, which it has been working toward for the past three years successfully. Everyone at IFT worked hard with the responsible for quality management to tackle all the different issues linked to this certification. IFT is one of the first companies in its field to obtain the ISO 9001 2000 certification. Our approach addressed two issues, responding to industrial customers involved in this same project and IFT's willingness to always improve the quality of its services. The ISO 9001 standard 2000 version does in fact integrate the idea of continuous improvement.

Customer driven
The first stage towards certification implied the definition of our customers' needs and offering them what they expected. Our job was then analyzed at every level. Supplier follow-up, advice, order placing, delivery and invoicing were all studied in detail resulting in specific technical specifications to optimize service to our customers.

Live monitoring
The ISO 9001 2000 certification has several procedures to measure customer satisfaction, to benchmark and analyze ultimate malfunction and setting up immediate corrective actions. This live monitoring gives customers reliable products and establishes a trust relationship between IFT and its customers.

Corresponding to the current demands of the market, the ISO 9001 2000, both nationally and internationally recognized, confirms IFT's know-how, it corresponds to a real commitment to customer service.
