Both Standard and High Capacity offered by IFT are manufactured with multi-layers of Kraft paper, which is fire proof, split and stretched, using the shock filter principle.
The Eurosupra have an extra final synthetic layer (non-woven polyester) combining both high trapping performances and fine filtration.

Our filters are certified fireproof by the State laboratory CSTB: classified M1 and M2.

RESPECTING THE ENVIRONMENT
The high efficiency of the filters offered by IFT substantially limits the release of non-volatile matter into the atmosphere. IFT therefore helps protection the environment by complying with European legislation regarding industrial waste.

Savings
A booth with a water curtain reduces the efficiency of filtration, as it grows old and it becomes more and more expensive and difficult to maintain; on the contrary dry filtration system booths become "new" booths every time the filters are replaced. To transform a water curtain booth to a dry filter booth is a very simple operation (see diagram below), the objective is to reach an excellent level of filtration and to obtain between 30 and 40% of savings on the maintenance and repair budget.
